01What exactly does I Got Your Tech do?+
We take partially built software and move it to a launch-ready state. Depending on the project, that can include development, debugging, UX polish, integrations, testing, security, infrastructure, deployment, and documentation.
02What kinds of projects do you finish?+
We work on marketing websites, web apps and SaaS products, mobile apps, e-commerce projects, APIs and backends, AI agents and automations, and internal tools. The intake helps us identify the project type and the specialists it needs.
03How much will my project cost?+
Most projects fall into one of four ranges: $2,500–$5,000, $5,000–$10,000, $10,000–$15,000, or $15,000+. Your exact fixed quote is provided after the consultation and code review.
04What does the $500 consultation include?+
The $500 is applied in full to the total cost of your project. It includes a 30-minute intake call with a human, a technical review of the code and available project materials, and a full project-completion quote delivered within one hour after the call.
05Is the $500 applied toward my project?+
Yes. If you approve the completion quote and move forward, the full $500 consultation payment is applied to the total cost of your project.
06What happens after I complete the agent intake?+
You create and verify your portal account, choose an available consultation time, and pay the $500 reservation, which is applied in full to the total cost of your project. You can then upload the code and materials needed for the review and follow progress from the portal.
07What if my code is messy, incomplete, or partly AI-generated?+
That is exactly the kind of situation the review is designed for. Be candid about what works and what does not. We assess the current condition, identify risk, and recommend the safest realistic route to launch.
08Can you handle hosting, infrastructure, and deployment?+
Yes. Deployment, hosting setup, cloud infrastructure, domains, environment configuration, monitoring, and launch verification can all be included when the project needs them.
09How do you protect my code and uploaded files?+
Project access is tied to your verified portal account, and uploaded materials are handled through private project storage. If you require an NDA or a specific security process, mention it during intake so it can be agreed before the review.
10How quickly can work begin, and how long will it take?+
Start dates and delivery windows depend on current availability, project condition, scope, and urgency. Your quote includes a specific delivery window so you can approve the schedule before work begins.
